Shipping and Returns

Shipping

We ship all domestic orders via Australia Post or via Couriers. Please contact us if you have an international product or shipping request.

All orders will be charged a flat shipping rate of $15.00.

Orders will take 5 – 10 business days to deliver (freight times exclude weekends and public holidays).

Customers will be notified via email within 2 business days of any out-of-stock or unavailable items. Alternative options will be given for supply and delivery time.

Customers will receive confirmation via email for order and dispatch information.

Domestic orders may be tracked with our Courier Company or Australia Post tracking numbers.
EnviroBren reserves the right to cancel an order and give a full refund at any point. Shipping details are to be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions for the EnviroBren website.

Returns

Unfortunately, we can’t refund or take back products if you change your mind or if the product doesn’t suit your needs.

Faulty Products

If a product is faulty on arrival, please contact us within 48 hours or receiving your parcel. Please send photos/video/explanation to identify the fault.

As per Australian consumer guidelines, faulty items will be replaced. Refunds for faulty items will only be given if we cannot provide a suitable replacement for your purchase.

Item not as advertised

It’s rare, but sometimes a manufacturer will alter a product or change an ingredient without us knowing. If this happens and the product is no longer suitable, please let us know and you will be given a reply-paid address to return the item for a full refund.

Please note, colour variations between your computer or mobile device and the product you receive are out of our control and not covered.

Allergic reactions

While we carefully choose our stock and list ingredients, it is common for people with allergies and sensitivities to react to natural products, especially those containing organic essential oils. We are unable to accept returns for items because of an allergic reaction or sensitivity.
